Bespoke services
Discover an array of bespoke services, designed to enhance your experience and personalise your Garcé Dimofski pieces, from a single object to an entire house.
The studio works as one practice. Architecture, interiors and furniture are drawn at the same table, studied in scale models and made with the workshops that build our pieces. From the first sketch to the last fitting, every step is followed by the atelier and conceived for the long run.
-
Houses and apartments, built new or brought back to life. The studio leads each project from the first site visit and feasibility study to the drawings for permits and construction, working alongside engineers and builders through to handover.
-
Layouts, joinery, materials and light are drawn as one, so that each room is resolved down to the handle and the hinge. Kitchens, bathrooms, libraries and dressing rooms are designed and made to measure.
-
Every project is studied in scale models, in wood, plaster or glazed ceramic, so that light, proportion and passage can be judged before anything is built. The models are made in the studio and remain part of the record of each project.
-
Interiors are delivered complete, with furniture, lighting, rugs and works of art: pieces from the collection, commissions from the artists and makers the studio works with, and pieces chosen for the project.
-
Site visits, coordination of the workshops, delivery and installation, until the house is handed over finished and ready to be lived in.
-
Each piece is made to order, for a collection or for a single project. Choose the wood essence, the glaze and the fabric from the studio’s library of finishes, and adapt the proportions to the room it will live in. Samples and a written proposal with lead time are shared before production begins.
-
Unique pieces and limited editions, signed and numbered, developed with the ceramicists, artists and workshops the studio collaborates with.
-
Architects, interior designers and developers can specify the collection or commission pieces for their own projects. A technical sheet with dimensions, materials, finishes and lead times is available for each piece.
-
Visit Alegria, our studio and gallery in Porto, by appointment, or meet the studio remotely to discuss a project, review pieces and finishes wherever you are.
-
Every piece leaves the atelier with a certificate signed by Clio Dimofski and Olivier Garcé. It carries the number of the piece, or its edition for collectible works, and records the materials, the finishes and the workshop that made it.
-
A care guide accompanies every certificate. For restoration or repair, write to the studio with the number of your piece, and the work is carried out with the workshop that made it.
-
Furniture, lighting and works of art travel with our specialist art and design carrier, with crating, insurance and customs clearance handled end to end. Curbside, room of choice and installation are available. Delivery is quoted for each order according to destination and service.
